As an IIC Clinician at Lumina Mental Health LLC, you will provide analytical, goal-oriented, and needs-based clinical interventions to youth with moderate to high emotional and behavioral challenges. Services are delivered in the home.Your role involves working closely with the Child Family Team (CFT) to deliver solution-focused interventions aimed at symptom reduction, skill development, and the stabilization of the youth’s functioning at home and in the community. This position requires a licensed professional ( LCSW, LPC, LSW or LAC) who is passionate about supporting youth and their families in achieving meaningful and lasting improvements in their lives. Minimum of 8 hours per week.

As a BA Provider, you will play a crucial role in supporting youth and their families by offering interventions that focus on improving emotional regulation, behavioral conduct, and coping strategies. You will work directly with youth to help them practice and reinforce positive behaviors, with the ultimate goal of enhancing their daily functioning and quality of life. Services are delivered in the home. This position is ideal for individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others through compassionate and hands-on support. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 21 years old and have a minimum of one year relevant experience in a comparable environment. Minimum of 8 hours per week.
